It is policy of this centre that parents provide a minimum of four weeks written notice if they need to leave the centre.
If insufficient notice to departure is received, parents will be responsible for the remaining time being paid in full in place of the notice period.
If notice is given after 1st September fees are payable to the end of the calendar year even if the child does not attend the centre.
Procedure
- Parents must provide at least two weeks written notice to the centre manager.
- Parents are encouraged to provide feedback about their experience at the centre so that we can make improvements.
